Quality Inn & Suites Eau Claire University Area

The staff went out of their way to. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in eau claire.

the pool area needed better maintenance.

Quiet hotel located in a secure area close enough to a gas station, restaurant and coffee shop and convenience stores and downtown. Good hot breakfast with hard boiled eggs and bananas, as example, excellent staff. Comfy and excellent location to a local museum.

I had an a nice size and nicely furnished room with a refrigerator, a microwave oven. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were available too. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Wisconsin.

Rooms did not have any past odors. Early breakfast was very good.

Sound carries from other rooms and 2nd floor room above.

Breakfast could be improved including larger selection.

The pillows were comfortable and the room was clean and well furnished.

The staff at the front desk seemed in a hurry and I had to ask how to get to my room. The bed was pretty hard. I know you probably buy in bulk but you might consider making half plush half firm. My night sleep was affected by having such a firm mattress. Other than these 2 small things the stay was very good.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

Enjoyed a restful night in our spacious non-smoking king room, with comfortable bedding. The staff was excellent, offering great tips on local dining options. Make sure to try the nearby cafes for delicious breakfast. They're just minutes away! A fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.

Clean room and bathroom. Nice shower amenities. Good coffee.

Yelling, noisy guests next door almost all night. Not much sound proofing in the walls. Doors slamming, loud guests up and down the halls all night.

Room was clean, staff friendly, facility was updated, bed comfortable.

Breakfast room small and kind of crowded

We loved the clean rooms and enjoyed relaxing at the pool after biking at Irvine Park. The breakfast was decent, perfect to start our day. It's also great that we could bring our dog for a small fee.

We were disappointed by the new pet policy. We were told our dog couldn't be left alone in the room, made things tricky for us during our outings.

The clean rooms were spacious, and the comfortable beds were a highlight. We loved exploring Irvine Park and zoo, right nearby and perfect for family fun. The breakfast bar offered handy pancake maker!

My children wished that the pool area had more towels stocked routinely. It would make things easier for families with kids after swimming.
